During my 17+ years in the restaurant industry, I’ve had the privilege of working in a wide range of environments – from intimate private dinners to some of the world’s most prestigious kitchens, including three-star Michelin restaurants such as Frantzén. Each experience has been an opportunity to grow and deepen my understanding of the craft, whether cooking for a family or working as part of a larger team in a renowned restaurant.
Chef of the Year & Sweden’s Bocuse d’Or
My passion for cooking has also taken me to exciting competitive arenas. I’ve had the honor of competing in Årets Kock (Sweden’s Chef of the Year) and reaching the finals on four occasions, as well as being a candidate for Sweden’s Bocuse d’Or. These experiences have not only sharpened my culinary skills but also given me a deeper appreciation for precision, creativity, and teamwork.
